Q: How long does preorders take?
Normally our preorders take 1-2 weeks to get delivered to you. We always aim for 1 week.
Q: I’ve been waiting for my order for a while, how long does it take for it to get too me?
It entirely depends on the shipping speed chosen at checkout, if it’s preorder, or if the carrier is experiencing delays. If you have more questions about your order, email us at email@example.com
Q: Is there a size chart available?
Majority of our items have a size chart associated with the item in the description, if not feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I want to return something, how do I do that?
If you want to return an item, let us know at our email at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why. Once we approve of the return, you (the customer) must pay the return shipping. The item must be unworn, free of fragrances (perfume or body odor), and the tag still remaining on the clothes.
Q: Can I return an item that's on sale?
All items on sale are FINAL sale and not subjected for return or exchange.
Q: Where do I track my order?
With every order, a tracking number is provided whenever we ship the item. The notification when your order is shipped is sent to whichever email or number you've provided. If you haven't received your tracking number please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Do you have an ambassador program?
Yes we do have an ambassador program! In order to to see if you qualify, please send us an email at email@example.com with your Instagram handle.
Q: How long does it take for orders to process?
It takes 1-2 days to process orders. Weekend orders take two days as we don’t ship on the weekends.
Q: I would love to collab, how do I do that?
We’re always down to collab! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Q: I think I put the wrong address!
Once orders have been shipped out, we cannot do anything to change the address. If the item is sent back to us due to failure of providing the correct address, we will issue store credit. If you want us to ship out again, you must pay for an additional shipping fee.
