Thank you for visiting and shopping at MalikatiModesty. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Please bare in mind once orders are placed we are unable to cancel them as orders are readily processed the moment our fulfillment center receives it.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MalikatiModesty ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.
Please note, if the address of the shipment is incorrect it will be shipped back to our facility. If you would like us to ship it out again with the correct address, please be aware you will have to pay for the shipping fee.
Damages
MalikatiModesty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship internationally!
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and leave our facility. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via UPS, DHL, or USPS for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.
Please expect delays for all international shipments due to COVID-19.
CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
Additional customs fees may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information. MalikatiModesty is not responsible for the fees issued and we are unable to determine these fees prior to delivery.
MalikatiModesty is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. MalikatiModesty is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. MalikatiModesty is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
